NEW BUSINESS . . .

Motions passed at the 9/04/07 Executive Board Meeting

Ø      Local 7800 approved up to $850.00 for anti-virus protection renewals on the Local’s computers and server.

Ø      Approved the appointment of Alea Aspina and Tashina Traylor to the Equity Committee.

Motions Passed at the 9/11/07 Membership Meeting

Ø      Approved the actions (NB1. and NB2.) taken at the 9/04/07 Executive Board Meeting. 

Ø      Approved to combine the Local 7800 December 2007 Membership Meeting with the January 2008 Membership Meeting to be held on 1/08/08. (Intent: No December meeting)

Ø      Local 7800 approved to purchase pens/bracelets and/or key chains not to exceed $600.00 to come from the FY2007 Women’s budget. To be handed out to the members in October for Domestic Violence Awareness

      month.
