1. National Women’s History Month
Posters were ok, not everyone turned in
their report. Hopefully will be better next year. |

2. Amber gave oral report from the Civil
Rights/Equity conference
~conferences in ’09 & ‘10
~we are still the only women’s committee in
our district; I will start contacting other locals. |

3. WSLC will have 6 scholarships for the
convention in July in BC Canada; will get more info on the
applications and what they will cover. |

4. National Women’s conference in DC 2009 |

5. April 22 is Equal pay day, wear red;
Sharon will give us the flyers by Monday. |

6. Union Leaders scholarship deadline 5/30. |

7. ABTP 25th anniversary 4/25 &
26th Best Western. |

8. National Women’s Health week 5/11-5/17. |
|
9. Work with other locals in our district
(starting women’s committees) |

10. Partner up with Equity committee for a
possible car wash to raise money for the pediatric aids
foundation. |

11. Will focus on Domestic Violence this
summer. |

12. Tommy – WWW is at Jillian’s on wed’s
(WWW = working women’s Wednesdays) |
