1.) Welcome to special guests Aajanique Long and Jalaceya Long for bring your children to work day.

2.) Overview of the APRI event from Paul Green and Michael Lynch. Also Qwest was presented with an award at the banquet.

3.) Quick overview of the committee chairs meeting that was held by Malachy on 04/10/07.  Each committee chair/co-chair was given guidelines and expectations by local in which to conduct meetings, travel guidelines etc. they will be distributed to the members at a later date

4.)  Went over info from the CWA District 7 meeting in Boise, Idaho.  Briefly discussed the ruling on mobilization, the selection at convention for 4 seats on the executive board, and a review of the classes Amber and Naiela took.  (Grievance Prep, FMLA, Mobilization, the Stewards Army, and Roberts Rules of order.

5.)  5 different t-shirt designs were presented at the meeting.  Each person was to sign their name on the design they felt would fit the committee well  so that we can proceed forward with ordering the shirts.  The design liked by the majority would be ordered.  I have attached a copy of the shirt that has been overwhelmingly picked.  I will try and get a hold of Debbie to see how we can go about placing the order for them to have them in time for pride

6.) Multifaith works is offering a training session in the month of July.  At this time there is no specific date, however, the date will be sent to all memebers of the committee as soon as it is received.  The cost is $20 per person for an all day training session.

7.) Pride Parade is currently a toss in the air.  Wendell and Dean will have more info later.

8.) Roundtable:  Karen announced the march on May 1 with Jobs With Justice for immigration.
                        Charles stated that we should be participating with all committees in all events
