Easy Instructions on how to use EZ Touch for your United Way Contributions To start contributing to the United Way in your area, just follow these easy steps: 1. Call EZ Touch at 1-800-879-3788 2. Press 1 to continue, and enter your I.D.# and PIN code 3. Press 2 for voluntary deductions 4. Press 3 for United Way deductions 5. Press 1 to enter your monthly gift, OR Press 2 to make a minute per month gift. 6. Continue as prompted and enter the 5-digit United Way code for your community 7. Press 1 to submit to Payroll
United Way Community Codes for use with EZ Touch sign-up:
If currently give through United Way and wish to keep your level of giving current, there is no need to call EZ Touch. However, if you designate your gift to a particular agency or organization, you MUST fill out a new designation form each year. Continuous records of designated gifts are NOT maintained by Qwest or the United Ways.
