The Communications Workers of America (CWA), represents over 700,000 men and women in both private and public sectors.
CWA members are employed in telecommunications, broadcasting, cable TV, journalism, publishing, electronics and general manufacturing, as well as airline customer service, government service, health care, education and other fields. We represent technicians, drivers, dispatchers and many other positions in all these industries.

We are in the process of setting up some retiree meetings being put on by the CWA Retiree Chapter. The Seattle meetings will be at the following location on the 3rd Floor.

Who would have thought the 2020 would go like this? Although the incidents of the past week have overshadowed the Corona virus outbreak, please remember to be safe, wear your mask, practice social distancing, wash your hands whenever you can, and sanitize when you cannot.  In light of the murder of George Floyd, we find ourselves at a crossroad in time. We have two different but very serious issues to deal with.  The first is systematic racism and the second being police brutality and abuse of power. Both of these effect every one of our members, our families, and our communities.

SUBJECT:      Ratification Vote

We are pleased to announce that the new Collective Bargaining Agreement between CWA & CenturyLink

has been ratified by a vote of 64% in favor and 36% opposed.


New contracts will be printed in the future.
